What stays on your device
Your wardrobe photos, labels, saved outfits, notes, measurements and optional wearer photo stay in your browser or app storage. Your device prepares garment photos and generates outfit previews. A shop photo used in Changing Room is discarded when you close the fitting. Browser and native wardrobes are separate. Your device or operating system may make backups according to your settings.
Your optional face scan
If you choose to use a camera or selfie, your device estimates facial landmarks and uses a resized image to personalise your model. The camera opens when you ask and stops after capture or cancellation. Eritta does not receive the scan or use it to identify you. Use the model controls to remove the scan. Preview images and exports that show your face are separate files you can remove.
Using the website
Our host, Contabo, handles connection information such as your IP address to serve the site and downloads. Eritta’s website access logs are turned off. Infrastructure may process diagnostic information to keep the service available and secure. The website uses browser storage for the wardrobe and a cache for offline use. The website currently uses no advertising trackers or optional analytics.
Direct sponsorship
When a sponsor placement is available, Eritta shows the same labelled message to everyone using that placement. We choose it without using your wardrobe, face scan, model photo or newsletter details. The website retrieves the message from Eritta. The downloadable app can display a message included with the app. The sponsor's website opens when you choose its link and has its own privacy policy.

Earlier test accounts
We retired the earlier test account service and deleted its account database from the server. Wardrobes already saved in this browser or app can still be opened in Me on the same device. Use the contact details in this notice for privacy enquiries.
Optional weekly newsletter
You can choose email or text messages separately when signup is available. To verify your choice, we ask for the contact for that channel and send a confirmation link. A name is optional. We use your contact, the wording you agreed to and the confirmation time to run the newsletter and record your consent. Unconfirmed signup details expire after 48 hours. Delivery providers handle the contact and message needed to deliver it. Our newsletter page explains the choices.
Each newsletter includes a way to stop that channel. After withdrawal we remove the contact and name from the signup list and keep a protected record of the opt-out so we can honour it. Wardrobe photos and face scans are separate from the newsletter.
Your controls
Use Me to delete or export your local wardrobe. Exports include clothing photos, model settings and saved looks. The face scan is kept out of the export. You choose where to store the file. The Android app keeps a temporary copy in its private cache when you share a backup. It removes expired share copies during a later launch or export. Clearing browser data or uninstalling the app can remove local copies.
You can ask us about personal data we hold, or request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. You can object to use based on legitimate interests, such as security. Use the postal address above or contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
